This course is designed for all levels of experience.

$75 for Level 1, $95 for both Level 1& 2.
All funds go to Foy’s to Blacktail Trails organization for the development and maintenance of the expanding trail system.

  • Training with Heart Rate Monitor
  • Fueling for Endurance, Speed & Comfort
  • Strength drills and proper hill technique for trail running

All clinics will be held at Advanced Rehabilitation Services, Aspen View Lane off of Commons Way, near the Blue Cow, Kalispell, MT.  Google Maps takes you to the WRONG SIDE of the building. To get to the correct side of the building, drive down the hill (east) on Commons Way and look for the Advanced Rehabilitation Services sign on the right (south) side of the road. The road/parking lot is labeled “Aspen View Ln.”

Brian Miller, PT, MS, OCS, CMTPT, certified RRCA Running Coach, Brianna Irion, DPT, OCS, and Julie Shobe, MS, RDN, have been students of running form and fueling strategies for many years and have taught numerous clinics over 15 years. This clinic focuses on improving technique to minimize injury and increase efficiency, whether you are new to running, an ultra marathon runner, or an aging athlete trying to keep at the sport you love. 

Individualized running analyses or endurance nutritional coaching are available.
